How to make beetroot soup

Beetroot-Soup

Delicious beetroot soup with sour and spicy taste. everybody like to have this hot soup in cold winter. this is very healthy, tasty and easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • Beetroot- 1 medium size
  • Red cabbage pieces- 1bowl
  • Chopped capsicum- 1/4 cup
  • Baby corn- 4
  • Carrot pices- 1 bowl
  • Broccoli – 1/2 bowl
  • White and black pepper- 1 spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Chilli sauce- 1 spoon
  • Lemon juice- 2 spoons
  • Chopped ginger- 2 spoons
  • Butter- 2 spoons

Procedure:

Step 1: Wash all the vegetables.

Step 2: Take a bowl, add corn and water equally and mix it well.

Step 3: Heat butter in a pan and add ginger paste and beet root saute them for 2min at low flame.

Step 4: Now add remaining vegetables and saute it for 2-4min.

Step 5: Add some water, white and black pepper, salt and chilli sauce.

Step 6: Add cornflour solution and stir it well with out any lumps.

Step 7: Boil soup till it starts bubbling.

Step 8: Off the flame and pour lemon juice.

Step 9: Serve in a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves and butter.
