Baby corn green peas curry is an instant recipe easy to cook in a short time. Recipe is very delicious with high nutritional values. This is a special recipe ususally prepared at the time of parties.
- Baby corn-5
- Frozen peas- 1/2 cup
- Garam masala- 1spoon
- Chilli powder- 1/2 spoon
- Turmeric powder-pinch
- Salt to taste
- Coriander powder- 1/2 spoon
- Cream- 1/2 cup
- Chopped coriander leaves- 1 spoon
- Cumin seeds- 1/4 spoon
- Chopped ginger- 1/2 spoon
- Cashew nuts- 8
- Green chilli-1
- Tomato- 2 medium
- Oil- 5 spoons
Step 1: Soak green peas in water and cut baby corn into small pieces.
Step 2: In a mixy jar, add tomato pieces, ginger, cashew nuts and green chillies. make into fine paste and keep it aside.
Step 3: Heat oil in a pan, add soaked green peas and saute it for min at medium flame.
Step 4: Heat oil in a pan, add baby corn pieces and saute it for 5min at low flame.
Step 5: Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, tumeric powder, fine paste of tomatoes, coriander powder and chilli powder.
Step 6: Mix them well and and cook it for 2-5min at low flame.
step 7: Add cream in gracy and stir it well.
Step 8: After 5min, add cup of waer, garam masala, roasted baby corn and green peas.
Step 9: Mix all the ingredients well and add chopped coriander leaves.
Step 10:Place a lid on pan and cook it for 5min and off the flame.
Enjoy the taste of recipe with chapathi, paratha and steam rice.
