Chicken curry soup
- Chopped chicken breasts- 2
- Chopped bacon rashers – 2
- Chopped garlic pods-1 spoon
- Plain flour- 2 spoons
- Uncooked brown rice- 1 cup
- Chicken stock- 3 cups
- Peeled and grated carrot- 1
- Creamed corn- 1 can
- Curry leaves – 2 spoons
- Chopped onion -1/2 cup
- Butter- 2 spoons
- Italian dried herbs- pinch
Step1: Heat sauce pan at low flame, melt butter and add chopped bacon, chicken breasts, onions, garlic and curry powder. Stir all the ingredients well and simmer it for 4min.
Step 2: Add plain flour and cook the whole mixture for a 2min.
Step 3: Add remaining ingredients to soup and boil it for 5-10min.
Step 4: Simmer for 1hour till rice gets boiled.
Step 5: Garnish with parsley leaves and serve in a bowl.

Bacon and chicken soup
- Chicken breasts chopped -1/2 kg
- Turnip dices- 1
- Potatoes dices- 3
- Vegetable stock- 1l
- Soy sauce – 1 spoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chicken stock- 1 spoon
- Garlic- 1 spoon
- Water- 1l
- Parsnip dices-1
- Leek slices-1
- Rind less bacon dices- 6 rashers
- Carrot diced- 2
Step 1: At high flame, pour stock in a large pot, later add all the vegetables.
Step 2: In a large pan melt butter, add chicken and bacon together till it turns into brown color.
Step 3: Add soy sauce, garlic and chicken powder. cook recipe for 5min.
Step 4: After cooked transfer them to a pot and stir it well.
Step 5: Boil all the ingredients well till soft and later simmer for 20-30min.
Step 6: Serve with butter crusty bread and enjoy the taste.
Chicken lemon soup
- Whole chicken- 1
- Water as required
- Onion diced- 1 large
- Black pepper corns- 5
- Rice- 3/4 cup
- Lemon juice- 5 spoons
- Fresh lemon zest- 1 spoon
- Eggs- 2
- Salt to taste- 2 spoons
- Bay leaves- 2
- Celery stalks- 2
- Dill leaves – 1 bunch
- Diced carrot- 2
Step 1: Place chicken, water, celery, onion, dill, pepper, lemon zest, salt and bay leaf in a pot for 15-20min.
Step 2: Sieve chicken from pot and vegetables from stock.
Step 3: Add stock and rice to the pot and cook them well until rice boils.
Step 4: Mix eggs and lemon juice in a bowl, after boiled remove rice, stock from pot and now whisk with lemon and egg mixture.
Step 5: Place shredded chicken in a bowl and fill with stock and rice mixture.
Step 6: Top with dill leaves before serving.
