Spicy baby crabs
- Baby crabs- 10-12 crabs
- Turmeric powder- 1/2 spoon
- Red chilli powder- 1 spoon
- Tomato – 2
- Chopped onion- 1 large
- Finely chopped green chillies- 4
- Mustard seeds- 1 spoon
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
- Tamarind paste- 2 spoons
- Ginger and garlic paste- 2 spoons
- Curry leaves- 1 sprig
- Chopped coriander leaves – 1/2 cup
Step 1: Wash each crab thoroughly with fresh water and cut each one into two pieces.
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan till it smokes, add mustard seeds, green chillies, curry leaves and onions. Saute the mixture well.
Step 3: Add ginger and garlic paste, saute it well till it turns into brown color.
Step 4: Add chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder and turmeric powder, stir well and fry the recipe till oil separates.
Step 5: Add baby crabs, tamarind paste and salt to it and mix it well.
Step 6: Add water and mix it well, cook the recipe for 15-20min at low flame.

Garlic crab legs
- Alaskan king crab legs- 1kg
- Butter- 1 1/2 cups
- Crushed red pepper flakes- pinch
- Old bay seasoning – 1 spoon
- Fresh corn – 5 cups
- Minced garlic- 3 spoons
Step 1: Take a large stock pot and boil water in it.
Step 2: Place crab legs, corn in the pot and boil them until corn is tender and crab legs are flaky.
Step 3: Drain well and cut slit into each of the crab shells.
Step 4: In a large sauce pan, melt butter, garlic, red pepper and old bay seasoning. Saute all the ingredients well.
Step 5: add crab and corn to the mixture and stir it well.
Step 6: Saute the mixture for 10-15min.
Step 7: Off the flame and serve the delicious garlic crab legs.

Chilli crab with chicken stock
- Crab – 1
- Ginger and garlic – 1 spoon
- Chilli garlic paste- 1 spoon
- Vinegar- 2 spoon
- Oil- required
- Egg- 1
- water as required
- spring onions-2
- Chicken stock- 1 cup
- Green chilli- 3
- Soy sauce- 1 spoon
- Corn starch- 1 spoon
Step 1: Combine chicken stock, chilli garlic paste, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and mix all the ingredients well and keep aside.
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan, add chopped ginger and garlic, green chillies and saute it well.
Step 3: Add crab pieces and mix it well and pour chicken stock, cover vessel with a lid and cook for 10min.
Step 4: Add corn starch, water in a bowland keep aside.
Step 5: After 10min, remove lid add spring onions, corn starch water and egg.
Step 6: Add to the mixture and cover with a lid cook for 3-5min.
Step 7: Off the flame and serve the delicious recipe.
