Dahi ke kebab a popular vegeterian starter served with mint or coriander chutney. the recipe is very crispy and spicy with onions, tomatoes as toppings. It is very simple to prepare with different spices. Let us see the procedure of making this recipe at home.
- Hung curd- 1 1/2 cup
- Corn flour- 1/4 cup
- Ghee- 3 spoons
- Chopped green chillies- 1 spoon
- Crushed black pepper- 1/2 spoon
- Salt to taste
- Crushed coriander seeds- 1 spoon
- Ginger paste- 1/2 spoon
- Roasted chana powder/ maida flour – 3 spoons
- Lemon slices- 2
- Onions slices- 1/2 cup
- Chopped coriander- 1/2 cup
- Carrot sticks- 4
- Tomato slices- 4
- Mint chutney to serve
Step 1:Add hung curd, curshed coriander, black pepper, ginger, salt and green chillies.Stir it well without any lumps.
Step 2:Roast chana powder in kadai and add to the mixture.
Step 3:Add corn flour to the mixture and stir it well.
Step 4:Heat kadai add 2 spoons of oil and drop the dahi ke kebab.
Step 5:Allow them to fry till it gets brown colour.
Step 6:Repeat the process for all the batter and serve them in a plate.
Step 7:Garnish dahi ke kebab with onions slices, tomato slices, chopped coriander and carrot sticks.
Step 8:Serve the recipe with mint chutney
