- Colocassia / arbi- 250gms
- Ginger and garlic paste- 2 spoons
- Carom seeds- 1/2 spoon
- Garam masala power- 1/2 spoon
- Mango powder- 1spoon
- Besan flour- 3 spoons
- Green chillies- 2
- Red chilli powder- 1 spoon
- Yogurt- 1/2 cup
- Coriander powder- 1 spoo
- Chopped coriander leaves- 1/2 cup
- Asafoetida- pinch
- Curry leaves- 1 spring
- Oil as needed
Step 1: Add besan flour, coriander powder, mango powder, salt and yogurt. Stir it well.
Step 2: Heat oil add asafoetida, carom seeds and saute it well.
Step 3: Wash and peel skin of arbi, cut into pieces and drop into the pan.
Step 4: Saute it well at low flame, add ginger and garlic paste. cook it for 5-10min.
Step 5: Add yogurt mixture and water to the recipe and stir it well.
Step 6: Add curry leaves, garam masala powder after 5min.
Step 7: Cook curry till it gets boiled and garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve recipe with hot rice.
