How to cook chilli fish fillets

Chilli fish fillets with chicken stock is a mouth-watering recipe served as a main course. It has an exotic flavor and have nutritional values. Chilli fish fillets are so delicious in taste and it is simple to prepare the recipe.

Ingredients:

  • Fish pieces- 500gms
  • Semi chopped onions- 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum chopped – 1/2 cup
  • Chopped green chillies- 3 spoons
  • Oil- 1/4 cup
  • Lime juice- 1 spoon
  • Corn flour- 1 spoon
  • Sugar- 1 spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger paste- 3 spoons
  • Chilli sauce- 1 spoon
  • Soya sauce- 1 spoon
  • Vinegar- 1 spoon
  • Chicken stock- 1cup

Procedure:

Step 1: Take cleaned fish pieces in a bowl.

step 2: Add chilli sauce, soya sauce, sugar, salt and lime juice.

Step 3: Saute it well and add vinegar and ginger paste, mix it well.

Step 4: keep aside for marination.

Step 5: Heat oil in a pan, add green chillies, onions and capsicum.

Step 6: Saute them for 3-5min at low flame.

Step 7: Later add marinated fish pieces and half cup of stock, stir it well.

Step 8: Add corn flour and remaining stock , place a lid and cook it for 5min.

step 9: Add some water if needed and cook it well till the fish pieces gets boiled.

Step 10: Serve it in a plate and enjoy the taste of recipe.
