How to make cheesy chicken potatoes

Crispy and cheesy chicken potatoes with onions and pepper as toppings. Recipe is made with boneless chicken breasts. The dish is very spicy with delicious and served hot as a starter. Barbeque sauce adds more flavor to the recipe. Let us see the procedure of making cheesy chicken potatoes.


  • Potato-2 large
  • Boneless chicken- 1/2 cup
  • Cheese- 3 slices
  • Olive oil- 2 spoons
  • Soy sauce- 1 spoon
  • Vinegar- 1 spoon
  • Barbeque sauce- 1 spoon
  • Spring onions- 2 spoons
  • Tomato suace- 2 spoons
  • Basil leaves paste- 1 spoon
  • Onions slices- 3
  • Pepper crushed- 1 spoon


Step 1:Peel skin of potatoes and boil in salt water.

Step 2:Drain the water and keep aside till the temperature reduces.

Step 3:Clean chicken with fresh water and cut chicken breast into thin slices

Step 4:Heat olive oil in non-stick pan, drop chicken slices and stir fry.

Step 5:Add boiled potatoes and smash them well.

Step 6:Add pinch of salt and basil leaves paste stir it well.

Step 7:Add and mix the ingredients barbeque sauce, soy sauce and vinegar.

Step 8:Cook recipe at low flame and drop the cheese slices.

Step 9:It starts melting then off the flame and garnish with spring onions.

Serve recipe along with tomato sauce.
