Apple cinnamon rice pudding, a classic dessert made with basmati and apples. It is a delicious recipe easy to prepare within time. Instead of basmati we can use jasmine rice for pudding. Pudding contains cinnamon flavor with unique taste served chilled or hot. Apple cinnamon rice pudding is stuffed with walnuts and apple dices.
- Almond milk- 2 1/2 cup
- Apple slices- 1/2 cup
- Sugar- 2 spoons
- Cinnamon- 1/2 spoon
- Butter- 2 spoons
- Basmati rice- 1/4 cup
- Walnuts- 1/2 cup
Step 1: Heat sauce pan, add almond milk, rice, apples, sugar, apple butter and cinnamon in a pan and stir it well.
Step 2: Boil the mixture at low flame, by stirring constantly.
Step 3: Heat and simmer recipe until apples are soft and rice gets boiled.
Step 4: Off the flame and add remaining almond milk till desired consistency.
Step 5: Garnish recipe with apple butter and cinnamon.
Step 6: Serve chilled or hot
