  • Chopped carrot – 1
  • Chopped cabbage
  • Chopped onions – 1
  • Chicken bones – 1 small bowl
  • Water – 1 litre
  • Salt – 2 tbsp
  • Boneless chicken – 1 bowl
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • Lemon juice – few drops

Process of chicken soup recipe

  • Take a pressure cooker and add bay leaf, cloves, cardamom / elachi, pepper seeds, coriander seeds, garlic cloves, chopped ginger, chopped green chillies, chopped carrot, chopped cabbage, chopped onions and chicken bones.
  • Add 1 liter of water and required amount of salt into the cooker and close the lid.
  • Cook this on medium flame for 10 minutes. Turn off the flame and let the pressure goes out from pressure cooker.
  • Now open the lid of pressure cooker and sieve the stock water.
  • Put this stock water on the stove and give a low flame. Add salt to this chicken and vegetable stock water.
  • Now add boneless chicken pieces into this stock water. Cook for 15 minutes.
  • Add fresh coriander leaves and squeeze the lemon.
  • Tasty chicken soup is ready to serve.
