Ingredients required for egg fried rice
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Eggs – 3
- Soya sauce
- Chat masala
- Salt – 1 & ½ tbsp
- Ginger & garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Chopped red capsicum
- Chopped yellow capsicum
- Chopped green capsicum
- Chopped beans
- Chopped carrot
- Coriander leaves
Step by step procedure of making egg fried rice at home
- Take a pan on stove and add oil to it. After oil is hot add ginger & garlic paste.
- Now add chopped red capsicum, green capsicum, yellow capsicum, chopped beans and chopped carrot. Mix it well.
- Add salt and cook for 5 minutes. Add 3 beaten eggs and add ½ tbsp of salt.
- Mix it well. Add chat masala and vinegar. Mix it well.
- Add boiled rice and soya sauce. Mix it well and garnish the fried rice with coriander leaves.
