How to make chilled custard falooda in hot summer

Custard falooda, a delicious recipe served chilled in hot summer.   • Falooda sev- 2 spoons
  • Basil seeds-1 spoon
  • Milk- 2 cups
  • Roof afza- 1 spoon
  • Vanilla ice cream- 1 scoop
  • Custard powder- 1 spoon
  • Finely chopped dry fruits- 3 spoons
  • Sugar- 2 spoons


Step 1: Boil 1 1/2 cup milk at low flame till it starts bubbling.

Step 2: Add custard powder to the remaining milk and stir it well.

Step 3: Add falooda sev and sugar to the boiled milk and mix it well.

Step 4: add custard mixture to the boiling milk and boil it for 2-4min and off the flame.

Step 5: off the flame and set aside till the temperature reduces.

Step 6: add roof afza in a glass, custard milk and atlast soaked basil seeds.

Step 7: add ice cream scoop and dry fruits as toppings to the recipe.
