How to make banana pancakes / banana fritters

Banana pancakes, very simple recipe made with ripped banana. Maple syrup adds more taste to the recipe. It is a simple recipe and preferred to serve as morning breakfast. Now let us see the procedure of making delicious banana pancakes.

Ingredients:

  • Ripe bananas- 3 medium
  • Butter- 2 spoons
  • Milk- 2 cups
  • Salt- 1/2 spoon
  • Baking powder- 2 spoons
  • Plain flour- 1 1/2 cup
  • Egg- 1
  • Sugar- 2 spoons
  • Maple syrup- 1/4 cup

Procedure:

Step 1: Peel skin of bananas, smash bananas into thin paste using spoon and set bowl aside.

Step 2: Add plain flour, milk, butter and egg in a bowl. mix all the ingredients till it becomes smooth without any lumps.

Step 3: Now add smashed bananas to the mixture and mix it well.

Step 4: Heat oil in a fry pan, make dough into thin rolls and fry them in oil till brown color.

Step 5: Serve in a plate and sprinkle castor sugar on pan cakes/ fritters or pour maple syrup on pan cakes to add more taste.
